Please see Shipping Rates and Timing for the list of countries where the products can be delivered using Philippine Postal International Air Parcel and International Express Mail Service.Warranty of the products may not be valid due to unavailability of manufacturer service options and the products may not be in compliance to the destination country standards, specification, and labeling requirements.  As the recipient or importer of the product, it will be your responsibility to ensure that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Customs duties and taxes varies from one country to another and the recipient or importer of the products may be to subject such duties, taxes and additional custom fees and charges. The recipient or importer shall bear the duties, taxes and additional custom fees and charges that will be levied upon the products arrival to the country.  As the recipient or importer of the product, it will be your responsibility to ensure that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country.  Please note that additional customs clearance can also cause delays in the shipment delivery.

Shipping Rates and Timing

Shipping rate is computed at the last page of the order form before the order is submitted.  It will depend on the type of shipping, the product weight and country of destination.  Delivery time can be estimated by adding the product availability time and the shipping type that was chosen.  For example, the product is available for delivery in 7 days and the IEMS shipping type is chosen, the estimated time of arrival (assuming no further delays are incurred in custom clearance) is 7 days + 7 days = 14 days.We deliver using Philippine Postal International Air Parcel and International Express Mail ServiceSee Ordering Multiple Items, Saving on Shipping Cost and Faster Shipping for more on shipping timings.

International Express Mail Service (IEMS)           

Product delivered by IEMS is expected to arrive in 5-7 business working days.  Please note that additional customs clearance can also cause delays in the shipment delivery IEMS can deliver to the following countries:

Tracking Order Status

            The status of your orders can be tracked via Track Your Orders menu.  You will be required to login to your account to view the order details and status.  You will also be updated through email when the status of the order is changed.            Tracking information will be available on the order status page if shipment type is IEMS.             

Tracking information may not be available on the order status page due to the following reasons:           

a. Shipment type is not IEMS.           

b. Products have not been shipped yet due to high volume of package processing.

            Products delivered using International Express Mail Service (IEMS) can be tracked using the tracking number that will be emailed or reflected to you account after the products has been shipped. You can then go to the respective tracking websites of the destination country of your shipment.

Saving on Shipping Cost 

When ordering multiple items, depending on the item availability, you might have to wait for the items to be completed and your order to be shipped. However you will be saving on shipping since all the items will be consolidated in the fewest shipments possible.We can also combine the orders into few shipments so as long as the orders are placed in the same customer account or same address or availability of the items are almost the same time.

Faster Shipping

Choosing International Express Mail Service (IEMS) as the type of shipment for your orders will reach the destination country faster as soon as the items becomes available and sent for shipping.For multiple items with different availability days, you can divide the shipments into multiple orders.  You can do a separate order for the items that you immediately need and another order for the items that can wait a little longer.  Each order will be charged a separate shipping fee.

Availability of Orders for Multiple Items

The availability estimates displayed for each product is the estimated availability base on a single unit of the product.  Ordering multiple quantity of the same product might have an impact on the time to ship as it may take longer time to prepare.  You will be informed through email of any changes on the delivery estimation as advised by our suppliers.

Undeliverable Packages

Carriers can return items to us as an undeliverable package.  Undeliverable packages will be refunded with the cost of the ordered items with the exception of the shipping cost.Undeliverable packages will not be shipped again, however, you can place a new order on our website.To avoid packages from being undelivered and returned, please ensure the following:

a. the address you indicated is correct

b. the carrier delivers to the address; see International Air Parcel and International Express Mail Services for the list of countries to ship.

c. avoid using P.O. box address as most of the items will not fit on the P.O boxes.

d. ensure availability of signatory for deliveries that requires signatures upon receipt. 

Most carriers will do 3 attempts to deliver the package. If no recipient is available, the package will be returned to us.e. inform the recipient of the delivery under his/her name to avoid rejection of the package by the recipient.Please contact us if your order has not reached you 4 weeks after the estimated time receipt of the package.

Items beyond the maximum weight

Each country has a maximum allowable weight of the package that can be shipped.  If no shipping type appears on the last page of the order form, this may mean that no shipping rate is available due the total weight of the package exceeding the maximum allowable weight for that country.  To fix this, you can divide the items into two orders.  Each order will have a different shipping rate computation.
