Returns Policy
Most items purchased and fulfilled by United Arnis Online Store can be returned in its original and unopened packaging within 30 days of delivery.You can initiate the return by sending us an email at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Calculating Your Refund
As the exporter of the items to be returned, you will bear the cost of returning the items such as packaging and shipping fees.Upon our receipt of the items, United Arnis will refund you base on the amount of the items when it was purchased on the online store. Shipping cost is non-refundable.United Arnis will issue the refund to the account used during the purchase of the items. Only unused and unopened items on its original packaging will be refunded.
Receiving a Refund
United Arnis will issue a refund after receiving and processing the returned items. Refunds will be issued to the account that was used during the purchase of the items.Please allow up to 4-6 weeks for the refund to complete from the time you returned the items to us. The 4-6 weeks time period includes the shipping time, the days to process the returns and the days for your bank to process the refund request.You will be notified via email when the returned items have been received by us and when we have already issued the refund to your account.The status of your returns and refunds can be viewed on the Track Your Order menu.
Non-Returnable Items
Below are the scenarios when an item is non-returnable and non-refundable:a. Original packaging has been openedb. Items that has been usedc. More than 30 days from receipt of the items.
Exchanges
If the items you received are not the same as what you have specified on your orders (e.g. a different item was shipped or different size or color) you can exchange it for the actual items by sending us an email at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it to notify us of your intent to exchange the items.You can return the items to us in its unopened original packaging and place another order for the items in our online store. You can place the order and return the items simultaneously, you do not have to wait for us to receive the items before placing another order.Upon receipt of your returned items, we will make a full refund of the amount of the returned items including the shipping cost.The status of your returns and refunds can be viewed on the Track Your Order menu.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order within two weeks after we have received it. Cancellations are subject to 30% cancellation fee base on the amount of the products during purchase. Shipment cost for items that was shipped before cancellation was received is non-refundable.
You can return new, unopened items from a cancelled order within 2 weeks after they have been delivered to you. Items should be returned in their original packaging. Used and/or opened items are considered as sold and cannot be cancelled and returned.
